I’m Eric

Name: Eric Michael Campbell. Some friends call me Easy. Maybe someday I’ll tell you the story of how I got that name (winky face).

BirthdayJanuary 24, 1989. SEND ME GIFTS!

Hometown: Jacksonville, Florida

What I’ll be writing about: Witty remarks, fashion ideas & tips, and general storytelling.

When I grow up I want to be: A better version of myself (whoa, so deep!). But really, I have no idea. Living one day at a time, my friends.

Favorite Beer/Cocktail: I fucking love a margarita. Good beer is actually something I have acquired a taste for as well. I can get down with any kind of beer usually. GOOD beer, that is. No Bud Light, Natural Light, Coors, or Corona for me.

Favorite GIF: So many to choose from! I consider myself a connoisseur of GIFs so I can’t really pick a favorite; but, a really good one would have to be this:

It’s just so devious and bad ass. And bizarre.

Favorite 90′s cartoon and movie: Doug is my favorite 90′s cartoon. He was me. I lived his life and he lived mine. We were one. And Clueless is my ab. fav. 90′s movie. And yes, obvi. sometimes I like to abbreviate words.

What I would do in a zombie apocalypse: Whatever the hell it took to stay alive! I would still try to stay ethical about it but once enough was enough I would become all serious and wouldn’t take anybody’s ish (“ish” means shit when you’re trying to not say shit).

Favorite kind of Food: I love sushi and could eat it everyday all day. I wish I lived in Japan because they only eat sushi. Like srsly, they don’t have anything else to eat but sushi. I know this because I saw a Japanese person eating sushi in Japan one time in a film.

Who would play me if my life were turned into an Indie film: You remember doppelganger week on Facebook when everyone changed their profile picture to a celebrity they looked most like? Well I didn’t change mine because I don’t look like anybody in Hollywood. So basically I would choose someone who looks nothing like me but that is devastatingly beyond attractive and charming. So probably like Zac Efron or Ryan Gosling. Then again this is an indie movie so maybe someone not so well known, a newcomer, who is equally attractive and will RISE to fame all because he starred in a sleeper hit movie about my life called “Sadness Don’t Live Here No More: The life and times of a chubby kid who became absolutely fabulous.” Yes, the title will be that long. This is an indie movie, titles have to be long and drawn out. If they weren’t, how would the viewers know to feel pretentious about seeing this great film?!

Most embarrassing moment: I have two. One time in sixth grade I couldn’t figure out how to open my gym locker, so I was allowed to leave gym class 10 minutes early so that I could figure it out. I went into the locker room and found my locker and started trying to figure it out but it didn’t work. I tried it again and again and it wouldn’t open. Then all of a sudden I heard a swarm of voices coming into the locker room. These were not boys voices…they were girl voices. I had gone into the girl’s locker room and there was no escape! So they found me and started yelling at me. Calling me a sicko and screaming. It was all very traumatizing for a sixth grader who just started going to public school. Anyways, I ran out crying.

The other embarrassing moment was my freshmen year of college. I was going out to breakfast with my parents wearing some plaid shorts and a striped shirt. I looked awful and my dad commented on it. “Plaid and stripes?” How embarrassing! It wasn’t even like a cute plaid and stripe combination. It was some weird vertical and horizontal stripe mixture. I don’t know, I tried to block it. My dad is not a fashionable man. I mean, he always looks presentable but he’s not the apex of men’s fashion, so for him to mention it…honestly I was traumatized. Haven’t worn plaid pants since.

Biggest fear: Looking terrible and mismatched. My other fear would be roaches. When I come across a roach or even think about them I start having these weird twitches. It’s not cute at all. Speaking of bugs, I also have an irrational fear of worms, moths, and butterflies. None of these things have any business existing in the same world as me!

Most commonly misspelled word: Misspelled? At this very moment I can’t even think of the word I’m wanting to use in a sentence much less misspell it. But if I had to choose I’d say…something simple like “tomorrow” cause I can’t remember if it has two Rs or two Ms. Or one of those “i before e” words.

Favorite city/place in the world: I spent a summer in Chicago, Illinois and fell in love with the city. Such great people and places to go. I loved it and it was life changing.

Actor or actress I absolutely despise: I don’t know if I despise any. At the very least I just can’t think of any right now. I’m not really a fan of Leighton Meester (don’t tell Sarajane!!). She did a terrible job in The Roommate and she just bores me. But again, I don’t despise her.

If I had one week to live I would: Live it up like nobody’s business!

How I know Sarajane: One time I met Sarajane because she was at a coffee shop. I later found out that her life is all about coffee so it made sense that we met there. We went to the same college so I knew who she was but I didn’t really get to know her until I met Tyler. Which leads me to….

How I know Tyler: I met Tyler in college through mutual friends. It was my sophomore year, his junior year, and my life has never been the same since. My life became exponentially greater. It happened fast but we secretly lived together throughout my sophomore year, then we moved in together my junior year, and we’ll have been together for 4 years this September.

How I know KyleOne time Kyle married Sarajane and I had only seen him twice before. Now we live together and I’ve really only seen him a total of 5 times. He likes to stay in his room a lot. I don’t ask questions.

_____________________________________________

Tyler says I am… comical, generous, accepting.

Sarajane says I am… hip, clever, genuine.

Kyle says I am… witty, reserved, classic.

I hope you enjoy what I’ve got to say and the way in which I say them! If you have any questions please feel free to send them my way. Ah, I love ya. You keep me young.
